BUDAPEST, February 26. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats of Uzbekistan held online negotiations with the leadership of the Hungarian University of Sports Science, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The Rector of the university, Professor Tamás Sterbenz, expressed readiness to visit Uzbekistan in March this year to participate in the third meeting of the Uzbek–Hungarian Rectors’ Forum, which will take place in Samarkand.

During the meeting, the Hungarian side conveyed its interest in establishing a long-term partnership with the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports, as well as with relevant sports authorities of Uzbekistan.

The parties confirmed their willingness to consider proposals for the development and implementation of joint educational programs in the training of sports coaches and sports industry managers, as well as for conducting scientific research in the field of sports science.

Both sides emphasized their mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation in the training of sports professionals, academic exchanges, and the implementation of joint scientific and educational initiatives.
