GUANGZHOU, January 13. /Dunyo IA/. As part of the visit of the delegation of Agency for the Development Light and Leather Industry of Uzbekistan to China, a series of bilateral economic events were held in Guangdong, Fujian, and Zhejiang provinces, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

In particular, to expand cooperation in the textile and leather industries and explore new promising projects, a presentation titled “Opportunities in Uzbekistan’s Textile and Leather Industry” was held at the major specialized wholesale market Guangda Trade City in Guangzhou, followed by bilateral meetings involving more than 20 local companies.

Additionally, meetings in Dongguan, Xiamen, and Wenzhou focused on broadening cooperation with Chinese companies, developing trade and investment agreements, and strengthening exchanges between business communities.

An agreement was reached for business missions from leading Chinese associations and sectoral companies to visit Uzbekistan in April–May of this year.
