ТASHKENT, December 12. /Dunyo IA/. On December 12, in Dubai, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Olimjon Abdullaev met with Abdulla Al-Nuaimi, Adviser on International Relations at the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
According to the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, the sides exchanged views on legal migration and matters related to citizens of Uzbekistan living and working in the Emirates.
A.Al-Nuaimi provided detailed information on the labor system introduced in the country and the conditions offered for foreign workers.
In particular, he emphasized that the rights of all citizens who come to work based on an official offer are fully monitored by the Ministry, and ensuring the timely payment of salaries is considered a key priority.
Taking into account that the majority of the population of Uzbekistan consists of young people, he highlighted the high demand for qualified personnel from our country.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to organize training seminars to study the UAE’s advanced practices in wage protection, inspection oversight, and digitalization; to hold online consultations between Uzbek specialists and UAE experts on the labor system; and to intensify joint efforts to increase the number of our citizens working in the Emirates through recruiting companies.
