MINSK, August 5. /Dunyo IA/. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Mamajonov met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Pavel Utyupin, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, parties discussed topical issues of the Uzbek-Belarusian agenda, including cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres, as well as the development of interregional interaction.

Special attention was paid to the implementation of the agreements reached during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Belarus on July 8–9^th. Parties also reviewed the schedule of upcoming mutual visits and joint events.

Reaffirming the traditionally open and trust-based nature of Uzbek-Belarusian relations, the sides emphasized the importance of further developing constructive cooperation at all levels.
