HAIKOU, April 21. /Dunyo IA/. With the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou, a national stand has been organized at the “China International Consumer Products Expo” in Haikou, the administrative center of China’s Hainan Province, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The national pavilion of Uzbekistan, designed with an emphasis on handicrafts, textiles, and the country’s tourism opportunities, drew significant interest from exhibition visitors.

In particular, items of ceramics, embroidery, gold-thread embroidery, wood carving and leather craftsmanship - all executed with high quality and refined taste - were highly appraised by the event participants.

Furthermore, local and foreign companies were provided with information regarding Uzbekistan’s tourism potential, alongside initiatives for cooperation in the sectors of tourism and export.
