OSH, July 4. /Dunyo IA/.  Diplomats from the General Consulate of the Republic of Uzbekistan convened a meeting with Bakhadyr Akhmadzhonov, Director General of “Ali Group Company” LLC, which stands as one of the largest importing entities in the Kyrgyz Republic, alongside the company's manager Alisher Akhmadzhonov, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the negotiations, it was observed that in May of the current year alone, confectionery products valued at a total of 235,000 U.S. dollars were exported from Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic. Presently, the average annual trade turnover of “Ali Group Company” with Uzbekistan stands at approximately 2 million U.S. dollars.

Furthermore, the company is actively executing projects within the energy sector of Uzbekistan. Specifically, a high-potential initiative for the installation of solar panels and the generation of “green” electricity is currently underway in the Namangan region.

During the meeting, the Kyrgyz delegation was briefed on the favorable environment established in Uzbekistan for both domestic and foreign manufacturers, as well as the comprehensive array of state incentives and preferences extended to enterprises exporting their products to international markets.

Representatives of the Kyrgyz company observed that, in connection with the extensive construction activities currently underway in the Kyrgyz Republic, a high domestic demand for steel rebar persists.

Concluding the negotiations, the parties agreed to organize a working visit for a delegation from “Ali Group Company” LLC to Uzbekistan in the near future, aimed at conducting direct business consultations with the executive management of “Uzmetkombinat” JSC, alongside the “Panda Sanoat Savdo” and “Confe” enterprises.
