“AJP Press”: New Uzbek Army emerges as driver of economic and educational progress

SEOUL, January 24. /Dunyo IA/. South Korean newspaper “AJP Press” has reported on President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s large-scale initiatives to transform the country’s armed forces and enhance security in the digital era, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The report emphasizes that the primary focus is on digitalization, artificial intelligence and robotics, rather than troop numbers.
“The publication notes that updated Defence Doctrine and National Security Concept have been initiated, along with a transition to a proactive security system and the training of military personnel”, - report states. “Graduates of the service will be eligible to receive certificates and benefits for business activities”.
Social guarantees for military personnel are also being strengthened, while domestic tech parks and defence industries are being established to achieve technological independence. According to “AJP Press”, the new army is becoming not only a protector of the state but also a driver of economic growth and education.
