Young Uzbek musicians gain recognition from leading Turkish media

ANKARA, April 1. /Dunyo IA/. Performances by the “Music-Bolalar” group, composed of students from the Republican Specialized Music School named after Reinhold Glière, have received widespread coverage in Türkiye’s leading media outlets as part of the celebrations for the Navruz holiday, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Leading Turkish media outlets, including “CNN Türk”, “Habertürk” and “Anadolu Ajansı”, covered the group's creative activities. During the festive program held in the city of Gaziantep, the performance by the Uzbek musicians significantly contributed to the artistic atmosphere of the event.
As part of the visit, the group members held a meeting with Professor Kürşad Zorlu, Deputy Chairman for Cooperation with Turkic States of Türkiye’s Justice and Development Party (AK Parti).
Kürşad Zorlu noted the performance skills of the Uzbek musicians, emphasizing the importance of supporting youth initiatives in the field of culture and the arts. According to him, the participation of Uzbek youth in the Nowruz celebrations was an important step in developing cultural dialogue and strengthening humanitarian ties between Turkic nations.
The significance of ongoing creative projects aimed at popularizing cultural heritage and strengthening the unity of the Turkic world was also emphasized. In this context, the Turkish side expressed interest in the upcoming music video dedicated to Istanbul, prepared by Uzbek performers.
The visit of young Uzbek musicians to Türkiye has become a significant contribution to the development of bilateral cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the promotion of Uzbekistan's national musical art on the international stage.
