VLADIVOSTOK, April 6. /Dunyo IA/.  A “roadshow” dedicated to the tourism potential of Uzbekistan was held in Vladivostok in cooperation with “Centrum Air” and Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The event was attended by representatives from more than 25 travel companies operating in the Primorsky Krai.

During the event, information was presented on the work being carried out as part of the 2025-2026 cooperation program between Uzbekistan and Russia, aimed at increasing tourist flow.

Uzbekistani diplomats highlighted that in January-February 2026, Uzbekistan was visited by 1.77 million foreign tourists, representing a 33% increase compared to the previous year.

Furthermore, representatives of the Tourism Committee delivered a presentation on Uzbekistan's rich cultural heritage, centuries-old traditions, and potential for leisure and business tourism (MICE). They also provided detailed information on the reforms and opportunities created within the industry in recent years.

At the meeting, representatives of Centrum Air announced that a new flight on the Tashkent – Vladivostok - Tashkent route will be launched on April 7 of this year. They also detailed the conditions and amenities provided for passengers on this route, as well as the convenient options available for tour operators.

At the conclusion of the event, participants received answers to their inquiries.
