TASHKENT, September 18. /Dunyo IA/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Toshimitsu Motegi, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
“Held the Second Strategic Dialogue between the Foreign Ministers of Uzbekistan and Japan with H.E. Toshimitsu Motegi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - During the meeting, we discussed further strengthening of the Enhanced Strategic Partnership between Uzbekistan and Japan, intensifying bilateral engagement across all areas, and ensuring the consistent implementation of agreements reached at the highest level.
Also focused on advancing regional connectivity within the “Central Asia + Japan” framework, expanding cooperation in the international arena, and exchanged views on pressing regional and international issues.
Japan is one of Uzbekistan’s reliable and priority partners. Today’s dialogue once again reaffirmed our shared commitment to further enriching the Enhanced Strategic Partnership between our two countries with concrete and practical outcomes”.
