Uzbekistan Culture Days in Russia open with a solemn concert at the State Kremlin Palace

MOSCOW, October 6. /Dunyo IA/. Yesterday, a large-scale concert titled “The Radiance of New Uzbekistan” was held at the State Kremlin Palace within the framework of the Days of Culture of Uzbekistan in Russia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Event was attended by officials from both countries, representatives of the cultural and business elite of Russia and Uzbekistan, diplomats, artists and our compatriots, totalling more than 5,000 people.
Renowned artists of Uzbekistan, the National Symphony Orchestra of Uzbekistan, People's Artists of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Gulyamjon Yakubov, Jenisbek Piyazov, Mansur Tashmatov, Ilyos Arabov, the State Dance Ensemble “Bakhor” named after Mukarram Turgunbaeva and many others performed on stage.
Program featured traditional Uzbek compositions such as “Katta Ashula”, “Dilorom”, “Dilbarginam”, “Namangan Tanovori”, “Mavrigi” and “Lazgi”, alongside masterpieces of Russian and world classics, including “Moscow Nights”, “Quadrille”, an aria from Puccini's opera “Turandot” and “Con te partirò”.
Hosting of the Days of Culture of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation has served as another major contribution to strengthening the humanitarian and creative ties between the two nations, standing as a symbol of friendship and mutual understanding, while introducing the Russian audience to the rich musical and choreographic heritage of the Republic.
