Consul General of Uzbekistan engaged in talks with members of the Uzbek diaspora in Irkutsk

IRKUTSK, June 13. /Dunyo IA/. Consul General of Uzbekistan in Novosibirsk Aslam Akbarov, met with compatriots residing in the Irkutsk region of Russia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meeting, Consul General emphasized the importance for Uzbek citizens to comply with the laws and regulations of the host country. He also noted that in case of any violation of their rights, citizens should immediately contact the Consulate General of Uzbekistan for prompt assistance in resolving arising issues.
Attention was drawn to the Consulate General’s readiness to continue providing full support, both in the preparation of necessary documents and in the protection of the rights and freedoms of Uzbek citizens in the Irkutsk region.
Participants were given comprehensive answers to their questions, including issues related to obtaining replacement documents in case of loss, work permits (patents), and other relevant matters.
In addition, passports and certificates for return to the homeland were issued to several compatriots, and applications for the replacement of lost and expired passports were accepted.
In turn, Uzbek citizens expressed their gratitude to the Consul General for the regularly held meetings, which, in their view, not only increase their awareness of compliance with the laws of the host country but also significantly contribute to the protection of their rights and freedoms across the entire Siberian Federal District of Russia.
