Enrique Ignacio Ferrer Vieyra, appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Argentine Republic to the Republic of Uzbekistan, - the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. - Today, it is particularly important to make more effective use of the existing potential of relations between our countries, intensify political dialogue, and strengthen institutional ties between our Ministries of Foreign Affairs.

We are committed to making trade and economic cooperation one of the key pillars of our bilateral relations.

As a reminder, Uzbekistan and Argentina established diplomatic relations on September 9^th, 1993.
