ROSTOV-ON-DON, October 2. /Dunyo IA/.  General Consulate, in cooperation with the Representative Office of the Migration Agency of Uzbekistan in Russia, rendered assistance in returning home a compatriot, D.U., who sustained a severe injury during his labour activities within the consular district of the South of Russia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

As a result of an accident, citizen sustained multiple injuries and was hospitalized in one of the regional medical institutions, where he underwent the necessary treatment. Concurrently, the matter of his transportation to Uzbekistan was arranged.

Taking into account the health condition of the compatriot and the recommendations of the attending physicians, his medical evacuation to the homeland was organized. To accompany the citizen, two medical specialists arrived from Uzbekistan, who provided the necessary medical supervision during the flight.

Following the completion of the necessary organizational measures, the citizen was dispatched to Uzbekistan via an air flight on the Mineralnye Vody - Tashkent route, accompanied by the arrived medical professionals.
