DOHA, June 11. /Dunyo IA/.  An online meeting was held between representatives of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan and “Doha University of Science and Technology”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the negotiations, parties discussed opportunities for strengthening cooperation in areas such as engineering education, renewable energy sources, scientific research and innovation, information technology, artificial intelligence, as well as student and academic exchange programs.

The meeting once again reaffirmed the commitment of Uzbekistan and Qatar to the further development of academic and scientific ties, the expansion of innovation-based partnerships and the creation of new avenues of cooperation in higher education and scientific research.

The implementation of these initiatives is expected to facilitate knowledge exchange, foster innovation, and promote sustainable development to the mutual benefit of both countries.
