Uzbekistan explores UK experience in integrating AI into the social protection system

LONDON, May 5. /Dunyo IA/. Online talks were held between representatives of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of Uzbekistan and the UK-based company Bikal, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to enhance the delivery of social services in Uzbekistan through the use of artificial intelligence–based solutions.
The Director of Bikal, Raj Sandhu, expressed readiness to develop AI-driven solutions tailored to the Agency’s needs. These solutions would enable the processing of large datasets, optimization of expenditures, early identification of systemic challenges, and the introduction of predictive mechanisms.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to continue discussions at the technical level in Tashkent in order to define specific areas of cooperation.
Bikal, established in 2009, specializes in developing innovative IT solutions based on artificial intelligence and has already implemented a number of digitalization projects in cooperation with government institutions of Uzbekistan.
