Uzbekistan and Norway discuss prospects for the joint export of digital services to the markets of Scandinavia, Europe and the United States

OSLO, August 3. /Dunyo IA/. An online meeting was held with the participation of David Milanovic, CEO of the Norwegian company “Resilienza Holding AS”, as well as representatives from the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Stockholm, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the meeting, parties reviewed matters concerning the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of information technologies, the implementation of joint projects and the expansion of Norwegian companies' participation in the IT market of Uzbekistan.

Particular attention was paid to the full-scale launch of operations of the Norwegian company “Varde Group”, established as a resident of the IT Park in the Jizzakh region, alongside resolving organizational and practical issues, and exploring opportunities for exporting digital services to the markets of Scandinavia, Europe, and the United States.

Furthermore, the parties discussed prospects for developing and implementing promising investment projects aimed at creating a modern data center in Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to conduct a detailed study of the technical, infrastructural and investment aspects of the project, exchange relevant proposals and continue further negotiations.
