In today's competitions, Uzbek athletes are securing a number of significant results. In the kurash event, Pokizakhon Kamoliddinova defeated Shohista Nazarova in the semifinals of the -78 kg weight category to advance to the final, while Nazarova guaranteed herself the bronze medal.

In the final, Pokizakhon Kamoliddinova defeated the representative of South Korea to become the Asian Games champion. Another kurash wrestler, Ahror Ziyodullaev, defeated his Iranian opponent in the final, delivering the 12^th gold medal to our delegation.

In fencing, sabre team consisting of Zainab Dayibekova, Fernanda Herrera, Gulistan Perdebaeva and Samira Shokirova captured the bronze medal.

In boxing, Feruza Kazakova and Shavkatjon Boltaev advanced to the semifinals. Additionally, Fazliddin Erkinboev (-80 kg), Abdumalik Khalokov (-60 kg), and Jakhongir Zokirov (+90 kg) also qualified for the next stage.
