Danish tour operator introduces comprehensive travel packages to Uzbekistan and Central Asia in response to growing Scandinavian demand

Within the framework of Scandinavia’s largest travel exhibition, “Danish Travel Show 2026”, Danish company “Vores Verdenshjørner ApS” officially announced the launch of new travel packages to Uzbekistan and other countries of Central Asia, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The decision to expand the route network is a direct result of the active promotion of Uzbekistan’s tourism brand in Scandinavia, as well as the strong interest in the republic demonstrated by industry professionals and exhibition visitors. According to assessments by the organizers and participants of the forum, Central Asian destination is witnessing steady growth in interest amid a global demand for new cultural and educational travel experiences.
Representatives of “Vores Verdenshjørner ApS” underscored that particular emphasis in the development of the programmes has been placed on Uzbekistan’s rich historical and cultural heritage. The itineraries include such cities as Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva - widely recognised as jewels of the Great Silk Road and inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Among the key factors that contributed to the decision to launch the tours, the Danish side highlighted the visa-free regime for Danish citizens, which significantly simplifies travel planning and positions Uzbekistan as a priority destination within the Central Asian track. An additional advantage cited was the high level of security and stability, ensuring a comfortable stay for Scandinavian visitors.
According to Danish partners, the harmonious combination of ancient history, unique architecture and modern tourism infrastructure makes Uzbekistan one of the most promising destinations of 2026 in the Northern European market.
It should be noted that Uzbekistan is participating in the “Danish Travel Show” for the second time. This reflects the consistent and systematic efforts undertaken to strengthen the country’s position in the Northern European tourism market, expand its partnership network and promote its national tourism potential on the international stage.
