VLADIVOSTOK, December 14. /Dunyo IA/. A cultural and educational forum dedicated to the adoption of the Constitution of Uzbekistan was held in the Primorsky Krai region, organized in cooperation with the Uzbek diaspora and active nationals, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

In his address, the Consul General highlighted that Uzbekistan’s Constitution reflects the will of the people, their pride, spirit of freedom, and societal values. He noted that constitutional principles strengthen public confidence, contribute to social welfare, and encourage active participation in nation-building processes, while the country’s dynamic development and growing international standing were also underscored.

The event brought together members of the Uzbek diaspora, Uzbek workers in the region, students from Uzbekistan, active nationals and their children as well as local writers and poets. 

Speakers emphasized the significance of the Constitution in everyday life, highlighting the importance of legal awareness and understanding. The Fundamental Law was recognized as a key document shaping the country’s destiny and safeguarding the rights and freedoms of every individual.

Participants presented stage performances in traditional Uzbek attire. Literary readings and poetry recitations celebrated the occasion, while video presentations showcased Uzbekistan’s cultural and social achievements. Musical performances by Uzbek artists residing in Vladivostok added vibrancy to the event and enriched the program.

At the conclusion of the forum, the Consulate presented winners of a quiz and active community members with works and poetry collections by prominent Uzbek writers, as well as commemorative souvenirs.
