ТASHKENT, September 4. /Dunyo IA/. On September 1, Uzbekistan celebrated its main national holiday - Independence Day, and in honor of this date, the world's most famous sights were illuminated with the colors of our country's state flag, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Blue, white, and green lights adorned Niagara Falls, located on the border between the United States and Canada; the majestic Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai; and the tallest building in Abu Dhabi, the "ADNOC" Tower. The illumination also highlighted the Qutub Minar in India— the tallest minaret in the world, constructed between the 12th and 14th centuries—along with the "Sheraton Grand" Hotel in Doha, the "Mövenpick" Hotel in Pakistan’s capital, and other prominent landmarks.
These vivid images stand as a testament to Uzbekistan’s growing recognition on the global stage. They reflect the respect accorded to our nation, which is confidently advancing along the path of reform, openness, and modernization. Today, Uzbekistan is widely associated with dynamic development, a steadfast commitment to progress, and democratic transformation—values that resonate and gain acknowledgment across diverse corners of the world.
