- This year, we are widely celebrating the 35^th Anniversary of the Independence of Uzbekistan. I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all compatriots on this landmark holiday.

Over the past years, our country has achieved significant success in all spheres. In particular, over the last decade, under the leadership of the esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, large-scale and comprehensive reforms have been implemented in Uzbekistan.

We witness the results of these transformations in the development of our country and the rising well-being of our people.

The volume of foreign investment in our country is constantly increasing, sectors such as green energy are expanding and numerous modern plants and factories are being constructed.

Today, Uzbekistan consistently develops trade, economic and investment ties with all nations across the globe.

A special place in this direction is occupied by Uzbekistan’s cooperation with China, which encompasses virtually all spheres. In terms of trade turnover and investment volumes, China remains one of Uzbekistan’s leading partners.

Ties between the two countries are actively developing in such critical areas as artificial intelligence, astronautics, advanced technologies, “green” energy and other promising sectors. A striking example of this cooperation is the upcoming launch into space of the “Samarkand-2028” satellite, created within the framework of interaction with the China National Space Administration.

Thanks to the attention that the state pays to the youth and the development of sports, new champions are emerging in our country. We have achieved high results in chess, football and other sports. The opportunity to see the flag of Uzbekistan proudly waving on the world stage fills us with a sense of pride and patriotism.

We are sincerely grateful to our President for the attention he pays to our compatriots living abroad and for the opportunities being created for them. Citizens of Uzbekistan residing outside the country are constantly provided with legal and other necessary support.

On the eve of the 35^th Anniversary of our Motherland’s Independence, by the initiative of the President, I was awarded the “Xalqlar Doʻstligi” (Friendship of Peoples) badge, established in 2021. For me, this is a great honor and at the same time, an immense responsibility.

Undoubtedly, such recognition instils in me even greater strength, energy and commitment to work toward strengthening the trade, economic, investment, tourism and cultural ties between the two states.

From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate all our compatriots on Independence Day! I wish the younger generation to continue to raise the flag of Uzbekistan high and achieve new successes on the world stage. May the youth effectively utilize the opportunities created for them and achieve even greater accomplishments for the prosperity of our Motherland.
