Uzbekistan's textile industry strengthens the “Made in Uzbekistan” brand in Istanbul

ANKARA, April 6. /Dunyo IA/. Within the framework of the prestigious “International İstanbul Yarn Fair”, representatives of Uzbekistan's textile industry demonstrated the potential of domestic manufacturers in the international market, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The exhibition brought together the world's leading yarn and textile manufacturers, importers and major industry buyers. The platform provided a significant opportunity for domestic companies to enter new markets, expand their export geography and strengthen international business ties.
At the exhibition, Uzbekistan was represented by 12 local textile enterprises under the unified national brand “Made in Uzbekistan”. For this purpose, a national stand with a total area of 120 square meters was organized.
Companies such as “Bukhara Pesh Tex”, “Global Textile Infinity”, “Akpamuk”, “Bhr Spinning” and “Qoqon Global Teks” showcased their products, including high-quality yarn, knitwear and other textile goods.
The national stand featured a modern design and a unified concept, allowing visitors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitiveness of Uzbekistan's textile industry, its innovative approaches, and high production potential. The exposition specifically highlighted high product quality indicators, compliance with environmental standards and a commitment to sustainable manufacturing principles.
During the exhibition, B2B meetings were held with leading Turkish importers and sourcing companies, including “Akpamuk Iplik”, “Anadolu Iplik”, “Bamisi Tekstil” and “Peker Tekstil”. The discussions focused on establishing mutually beneficial cooperation, increasing supply volumes, and securing long-term contracts.
Throughout the negotiations, a high level of interest in Uzbek textile products was noted. Practical agreements were reached with several companies and promising areas for future collaboration were identified.
Participation in the “International Istanbul Yarn Fair” was a significant step toward strengthening the position of Uzbekistan's textile industry in the global market, enhancing the international prestige of the “Made in Uzbekistan” brand and further expanding the country's export potential.
