MOSCOW, February 13. /Dunyo IA/.  At the international “PRODEXPO-2026” exhibition, held February 9–12 in the Russian capital, Uzbekistan was represented by stands featuring 19 companies from the country’s food industry, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

Among the participating Uzbek companies were “Lindo Confectionery”, “Firdavs Shirinliklari”, “Erk Makon”, “Aqua Diamond”, “Accord Vision”, “Musa Servis”, “Chortoq Mineral Water”, “Brightly Mega Water”, “Rozmetov Z.M.” and others.

As part of the business programme, with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow, several Uzbek exporters held meetings with executives from leading Russian retailers, including the “X5 Group”, “Magnit, Dixy”, “Lenta”, “Auchan”, “Grand Trade” and others.

The discussions resulted in concrete agreements to collaborate on the supply of Uzbek products to the Russian market.

“PRODEXPO” is Russia’s largest international exhibition, widely recognized as one of the most authoritative annual events in the food and beverage sector. At “PRODEXPO-2026”, around 2,000 companies from more than 35 countries showcased their products.

For over 25 years, the exhibition has set key trends in the development of the food industry. Every year, it serves as a platform for negotiations with buyers from Russian and international retail chains, marketplaces and catering enterprises, fostering trade partnerships and expanding market access.
