TASHKENT, October 15. /IA "Dunyo"/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloev held negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the Vietnamese delegation led by the executive deputy chairman of the Commission for Foreign Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Nguyen Thi Hoang Van, reports a correspondent of "Dunyo" information agency.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the current state and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Vietnamese cooperation were discussed during the conversation. Particular attention is paid to the issues of intensifying economic and public diplomacy, developing inter-parliamentary cooperation, as well as interaction between various parties of the two countries.

The parties confirmed their mutual readiness to continue working together to realize the huge untapped potential of bilateral cooperation in many areas of mutual interest.
