TASHKENT, October 6. /IA "Dunyo"/. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhromjon Aloev yesterday met with Israeli Ambassador Zehavit Ben Hillel, reports a "Dunyo" information agency correspondent.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the conversation, the state and priority directions for the further development of Uzbek-Israeli relations, as well as interaction within the UN and other international organizations, were discussed.

The schedule and organizational aspects related to the upcoming joint events, in particular the next round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of Uzbekistan and Israel, were considered.

Let us recall that on October 5, the new Ambassador of Uzbekistan, Jahongir Aminov, arrived in Israel. He replaced Feruza Makhmudova, who headed the Embassy in 2020-2023.
