TASHKENT, August 15. /«Dunyo» IA/. Yesterday, the Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev held a virtual meeting with the Chargé d'Affaires of the UK Mission to Afghanistan Robert Chatterton Dickson, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.



According to Uzbekistan MFA, during the conversation, the sides exchanged views on the current situation in Afghanistan, as well as the efforts of Uzbekistan and the UK to provide the country with humanitarian and other assistance.

Robert Dixon emphasized the significant role of Uzbekistan in establishing a long-term and sustainable peace in Afghanistan, the implementation of various infrastructure projects in the country.
