Future Uzbek diplomats undergo internship at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Moscow

MOSCOW, August 14. /Dunyo IA/. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia has launched a practical internship program for students from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The internship is organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan as part of efforts to strengthen human resource capacity, and is based on a relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. This stage is considered an important component of the training process for students specializing in international relations.
During the internship, participants will become acquainted with the core functions of the Embassy, key priorities of bilateral cooperation, the work of the press office, as well as consular and cultural-diplomatic activities. They will also take part in projects aimed at enhancing trade, economic, and cultural-humanitarian cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia.
