KUWAIT, April 21. /Dunyo IA/. Diplomats from the Embassy of Uzbekistan held a meeting with local women entrepreneurs operating in the fields of tourism, culture, literature and media, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

The gathering brought together a prominent group of Kuwaiti professionals, including travel influencer Amani Al-Nafisi, tourism entrepreneur Suad Al-Mahri, literary scholar Hanan Al-Adwani and industry experts Altaf Al-Qadibi, Ebtisam Al-Mizil and Khuzama Ruaid, among other digital creators and businesswomen.

During the conversation, the guests noted their familiarity with the rich history of Uzbekistan, its unique cultural heritage, stunning nature, and national cuisine. They expressed a strong desire to visit the country to gain a first-hand understanding of the ongoing reforms.

Kuwaiti representatives also expressed their readiness to promote Uzbekistan's tourism potential among their national audience, thereby contributing to the increased influx of tourists from the region and the implementation of joint projects in this sector.

Embassy's diplomats also provided information on the large-scale reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. Specifically, they highlighted the dynamic development of the tourism industry, the establishment of modern infrastructure and ongoing efforts to align service quality with international standards.

Travel blogger Amani Al-Nafisi announced her intention to provide extensive coverage of Uzbekistan across her social media platforms, including the creation of specialized media content. She also shared plans to produce a dedicated feature on Uzbekistan’s national cuisine.

Following the meeting, the participants agreed to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation and intensify information and awareness-raising efforts.
