Prospects for promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism brand in Egypt and African markets discussed in Cairo

CAIRO, April 22. /Dunyo IA/. A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with representatives of the Egyptian tourism company “Shadow Tours” Yasmin Hamza Ahmed and Rana Hani, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
It is noted that “Shadow Tours” established in 2016, currently operates in the tourism markets of Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa, with a primary focus on cultural and historical tourism.
During the talks, the sides discussed cooperation in the field of tourism, exchanging views on promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential in Egypt and African countries, increasing tourist flows, and further developing bilateral tourism ties.
Following the meeting, the Egyptian side confirmed its readiness to develop mutually beneficial cooperation. An agreement was also reached to organize a dedicated presentation of Uzbekistan’s tourism potential for representatives of “Shadow Tours”.
In addition, at the initiative of Yasmin Hamza Ahmed, arrangements were made for a visit of the company’s representatives to Uzbekistan to gain a deeper understanding of the country, including the cities of Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara.
