BUDAPEST, February 11. /Dunyo IA/.  Aybek Shakhavdinov, Ambassador of Uzbekistan, met with Gábor Bálint Nagy, Prosecutor General of Hungary, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

 At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation in law enforcement, as well as the development of interaction between the attorney general offices of the two countries.

The Hungarian side confirmed its interest in expanding partnership ties with Uzbekistan and expressed readiness to further deepen dialogue and exchange expertise in prosecutorial activities.

Additionally, the potential visit of the Attorney General of Uzbekistan to Hungary was discussed, considered in the context of developing the legal and treaty framework for bilateral cooperation.

Both sides reaffirmed their mutual commitment to strengthening cooperation and continuing a constructive dialogue.
