Uzbekistan presents its investment and tourism potential in China’s Hunan Province

CHANGSHA, March 23. /Dunyo IA/. Embassy of our country in Beijing and the Consulate General in Guangzhou held a business forum in China's Hunan Province dedicated to trade and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The forum, organized to further expand interregional cooperation between the two countries, was attended by representatives of ministries and departments, chambers of commerce and industry, business circles and leading companies from Hunan Province.
The participants of the event were briefed in detail on the investment climate in our country, the economic potential of the regions, driver industries and the opportunities available in free economic and industrial zones.
Chinese participants emphasized the growing economic cooperation with the regions of Uzbekistan and noted the interest of companies operating in Hunan Province in developing trade and investment ties with our country.
The Chinese side supported the importance of creating an ecosystem based on the formula “Uzbekistan's Opportunities + Hunan's Technologies + Global Market” by expanding cooperation with the industrial sectors of our country.
In G2B and B2B meetings with major companies from Hunan Province, the development of promising projects in Uzbekistan was discussed.
Hunan Province ranks 7th in China by population and 10th by land area. Its capital is the city of Changsha. Agriculture and the mining industry are well-developed in the province. Key agricultural crops include rice, as well as tobacco and citrus fruits, which are grown in large volumes. The province is one of China's primary centers for the extraction and processing of mineral resources.
