MADRID, March 24. /Dunyo IA/.  One of Spain's leading publications, “El Mundo Financiero”, has published an analytical article titled “The Third Renaissance: The Center of Islamic Civilization as a Strategy for the Spiritual and Intellectual Growth of New Uzbekistan”, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

According to the material, the idea of the Third Renaissance put forward by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev is based on harmonizing the country's historical scientific heritage with modern innovation. In this process, Center of Islamic Civilization being established in Tashkent holds significant importance.

The Spanish publication described the scale of this center as an “intellectual mega-project”. It notes that the primary goal of the project is to reveal the true humanitarian essence of Islam and to widely promote the contributions of great scholars from Central Asia - such as Ibn Sina, Al-Khwarizmi, Mirzo Ulugbek, and Imam Bukhari - to the development of world science.

“This is not just a museum, but a living space for science”, writes the publication. The center’s unique manuscript collection, modern library, digitalization laboratories and research departments will open doors to significant opportunities for the international scientific community.

“El Mundo Financiero” touched upon the center's significance on the international stage, specifically noting its close cooperation with prestigious international organizations such as UNESCO, OIC and ICESCO.

The article concludes that through this project, Uzbekistan is not only restoring its historical heritage but also strengthening its position as a center for peace, tolerance and enlightenment in the region.
