AMSTERDAM, May 20. /Dunyo IA/. A new book by Sharifjon Ahmad, a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan who lives and creates abroad, has been published in the Netherlands, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The work, titled “A Thousand and One Books” (“Ming Bir Kitob”), is a sincere and heartwarming story that immerses the reader into a world of childhood memories, simple joys and life lessons. The author describes the atmosphere of rural life, family values and a carefree childhood with special warmth.
Sharifjon Ahmad is also recognized as a world literature researcher and translator. His new work is regarded as another significant contribution to the advancement of contemporary Uzbek culture abroad.
Future plans include translating the book into English and Dutch, which will allow the work to be presented to a broader international audience.
