Briefing on Uzbekistan held at the National Defence College of India

• 412NEW DELHI, April 26. /Dunyo IA/. A country-specific briefing on Uzbekistan was held at the National Defence College (NDC) of India, supported by the Embassy of Uzbekistan. The event was organized by Uzbek service members currently undergoing training at the college, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
Event was dedicated to Uzbekistan’s modern achievements, the ongoing process of national renewal, and the promotion of the Uzbek people's rich historical and cultural heritage.
The briefing was attended by approximately 200 participants, including the college’s faculty, students from more than 30 countries, and their family members.
During the presentation, Uzbek officers provided a detailed overview of the country’s economic and investment potential.
Uzbekistan’s tourism sector was presented as a unique kaleidoscope of experiences, where the hospitality of the Silk Road harmonizes with world-class modern service, generating genuine interest among both local and international travelers.
Special attention was devoted to the consistent reforms in the sphere of military development and the pivotal role of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan in ensuring regional security.
The leadership of the National Defence College highlighted the significance of such events in fostering interethnic and intercultural ties.
Briefing was recognized as serving to strengthen Uzbekistan’s image as a consistently developing, open and internationally influential state.
